Sudesh Abrolabout this book: This book was a labor of love which I started writing almost 25 years ago. I was involved in a car accident. The pain was unbearable and the medicinal treatment was just not helping. It was a spinal injury that I was battling. I decided to look outside conventional medicine and I found myself gravitating towards Yoga and all its benefits. This book is for readers of all ages who simply have the desire to learn natural methods of healing your body. Much research and practical training has gone into the substance of this book. The ideas and methods of treatment are not just creative suggestions, rather they are teachings that date back hundreds of years. My advice to the readers of this book is to take it slow. It's powerful yet very intense. Try a chapter at a time by only implementing one posture at a time as you try and perfect each posture. These postures help with weight loss, decreasing stress, physical pain, and emotionally calms you. It's purpose is to assist in healing your mind and body!

A very beneficial book to readIf you want real health advice rather than the cliche advice that you always hear, I highly suggest this book.
