This led me to do everything I could to get out this information to as many people as possible.
The basic techniques associated with yoga go back more than five thousand years. At that time the main purpose was to bring about a better understanding of self, long life and health as well as personal freedom and this help lead to the creation of a process which made use of mental and physical exercise that in turn has become a worldwide phenomenon over the years. Yoga means to yoke together or join and it works to join the mind and body.
This book outlines some basic yoga poses that anyone can try. I wanted this to be an extremely simple book which anyone can follow as the paragraphs outline the process to do the various poses. The paragraphs are followed by an illustration that makes it all easier to understand.
