Book Review: Writer's Block - Vanquished! Using Images, Oracles and Brain-Hacks (Practical Writer) by Nancy Hendricksoncategories: Book, Authors, Writers, Writing, Creativity, Inspiration, Writer's Block
Nancy Hendricksonabout this book: As a fulltime author of both non-fiction and fiction projects, I've had to deal with writer's block several times over the years. During that time I developed techniques that quickly moved me from being in a rut to getting back on track. When I heard so many authors talking about writer's block, I decided to put together a Kindle book with three techniques that have never failed me: Images, Oracles and Brain-Hacks.
You may note that the book's cover is more like a comic book than a typical book cover. The idea came to me in the middle of the night and prompted me to get online and find a comic book artist. I felt that this "look" mirrored the energy of smashing through writer's block in a way that traditional art would not.
One of my readers said "I couldn't finish reading because I wanted to put some of these tips to work right away." I hope you feel the same.
