Victoria Schwimley about this book: Jessica is a woman who loves with passion. She's a dedicated photographer, loyal daughter, trusting friend. When she meets Brandon, she is intrigued by his charm, but when his brother starts putting doubts in her head, visions of her father's betrayal come back to haunt her, and she in plunged into a world of doubt.
I love good, long, epic story of love, break-ups, reunions and conflict. I've read some good ones and some pretty terrible ones but author Victoria Schwimley's "Coveting Love" is one of the best that I have read in a long time. The story of Jessica, who is a photographer for a fashion magazine and meets three men who will change her life on her latest assignment. Fashion designer Phillip Stewart is pushy, obsessive and pretty much becomes a thorn in Jessica's side for most of the book. Brandon is a sexy and kind rancher who wins Jessica's heart early on, much to the chagrin of his brother Jeffrey, who seems to want anything that his brother has. This sets up a wonder series of conflicts and events between Jessica and these men as the story progresses and it was a very enjoyable read for me.
Jessica Crawford is a photographer who finds herself drawn to two very powerful, very wealthy - and very estranged - brothers. Torn between her feelings for both of them, Jessica has to find a way to make the right choice. But that's not all she's dealing with. There's also the really strange client who seems to have become fixated on her. There's a little mystery involved with this guy, which I found very intriguing. I don't normally read novels in this genre, but I enjoyed the mysterious elements. There were times I wanted to yell at Jessica for making some of the decisions she made, but that was part of her character's naiveté and she had to learn from those mistakes. There's also a great supporting cast - and I love the fact that even Jessica's mother is able to find her romantic happy ending!
