Ken Colemanabout this book: After six years of learning to shoot, fight and kill from just eleven years old, Ruth sets out to avenge the death of her mother who was killed trying to defend an Indian child, by Colonel Bridgeport and his army of killers. Some say she is insane the way she kills so easily and coldly and with no remorse whatsoever. This is the epic story of a young and beautiful girl who travels hundreds of miles over a three year period in her relentless quest for revenge. Along the way she makes friends and enemies alike and shows no mercy to anybody who wrongs her, until she finally, tracks down the man she has sought for so many years and her quest reaches a bloody and tragic conclusion.
This is the third sequel in a series of western adventure books which began with "Revenge and Chameli Gonzales." I decided to carry on with the series after getting excellent reviews for the first two books. The research was easier for this this book as I had already done extensive research on the first two editions.
The name of the book was easy to come up with because it was a natural progression from the second book in the series and anyone who has read that, "Cheyenne Dawn, Rachael's story." Will see how the name evolved.
I chose the picture on the book cover, because it a silhouette of a girl with a rifle and as her face isn't entirely visible, it gives the reader a chance to imagine the girl's face and how it looks for themselves.
