For several reason, but most importantly what people need is a realistic lifestyle change that they can live with every day without compromising their comfort foods. Such as chocolate cake, pizza, breads, etc. I know because I have been there - overweight, depressed and I share my story in this book. I call my Schoolgirl Skinny program a dietary lifestyle solution because it provides a solution to all of your dietary lifestyle needs.

I launched How to Be Schoolgirl Skinny: Eat Your Cake and Have Your Figure Too! about a month ago, and the success stories are pouring in. Several people have shared with me their weight loss success. What little steps they are taking to alter their lives and how those steps are making a huge difference based on my program. What I'm most pleased about, is the fact that I realized that this program is not just for weight loss, but it is also a program that has the potential to alter a person's health conditions.

I was prediabetic when I first started the Schoolgirl Skinny program and after two physicals both have indicated that my glucose level was not only normal. But the second test indicated an improvement since the first test. The other health conditions that this program assists are those directly influenced by weight and sedentary lifestyle. Such as heart disease, type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and obesity.

Finally, I was motivated to research and write this book because of my family history with all of these physical and medical conditions. My concern is that I would not come to the same crippling affects that has cost my uncle his life and my mother, sister and other uncle their health. Although some of these health conditions can be prevented or reversed it takes hard work and perseverance. I believe that I have developed a program that will change people's lives. And help them to desire to live life to the fullest.
