People go to the gym for so many different reasons, some to lose weight, others because they high blood pressure, diabetes and more. You also get the healthy people who come to the gym to maintain their health and others to enhance the way they look.
During these years I noticed that people don't really change, I will always remember the first over weight Guy that I used to watch EVERY morning run for 2 hours on the treadmill and never lost an ounce. I remember saying to the other trainer at the time "this man should be skinny, but he is not". I also noticed a drastic reduction in this man's muscle mass from so much running.
At the same time I used to get asked all the time "I hardly eat anything and I am fat, why cant I lose weight?" As a person who never had a serious weight problem, I never believed these people. I could not believe how a fat person could tell me that he hardly eats anything, this blew my mind. I used to be amazed how these people believed their "lies" they were telling themselves.
So began the research, I saw that these poor people were telling me the truth. in my determination to help them I decided to put pen to paper and write a book that will honestly help people help themselves. No secrets, I have written a book with specific detail to help them understand how their body is functioning right now and I guide them with real solutions to assist them on their journey to health and wight loss.
