It explains for each Vitamin, Minerals, Trace Element, Cell Salt, and more the foods that go with each and what function in the body that they help with. Deficiencies are how our body reacts (symptoms) when there is not enough. Simple and to the point.
It is always better to walk in knowledge than blindly without knowing why. I am one who wants to know why, what, and where.
Many times we have symptoms but don't look for the simple solution that this is how our bodies tell us that there is not enough in our symptoms. This is the second bible in our home that we search for answers in.
An example is my husband had a stabbing cramp in his upper leg and through looking through the symptoms we found out it was a Magnesium deficiency. The pain was so severe it would lift him up and after we starting adding more Magnesium the pain subsided and now is gone. He takes it daily so that there is not another occurrence.
