Kathleen Babbitt, D.Sc. about this book: This book is not for people who avoid the truth, and rely on disinformation. It's not for people who have to have happy endings and Pollyanna stories about America. Instead, Book One and Book Two are for people who want the unvarnished unmitigated truth, for better or worse, about political, historical, sociological America in the 21st century. This is telling it like it is, and like it was. These books are an expose' on those developments. Our American democracy is changing. I spent four or five years writing, rewriting, editing and reediting these two books. From 2003 to 2008 I had traveled and lived throughout the United States looking for the best place to live, for a member of the expendable masses, and found out it doesn't exist. At least, I never found it. It was always out of reach, like a mirage in the desert of unattainable hopes in America. First I had to LIVE the contents of these two books, Book One and Book Two, and then I had to write about it. My research was using about 100 documentary DVDs, no books, not one. With only about 50 superior documentary DVDs worth using for appropriate information. Brave and courageous people, heroes in the scheme of things, have made some truly wonderful exemplary documentaries, that I refer to by name in my books. A review for Book One is "Highly recommended!" A review for Book Two is "If people can find out about these books they will sell a million!"
