Andrea Clintonabout this book: One Who Loves You More is about Alisa, a gold digger who's adopted some really selfish ways. She believed her biggest fault was using men for money, but when her tantrums endanger her relationship and flip her life upside down, Alisa finds herself lonely and alone, rehashing her life and trying to figure out how she got there.
I wrote this book for all the women and young women who've made a lifestyle out of gold digging, to show them the direction their life is heading. I wanted to shed light on the repercussions of gaining at someone else's demise and the selfish habits picked up along the way. As Alisa starts us out at the beginning of the book, she reevaluates her life and finds she has far more issues and selfish, manipulitive ways than she'd thought.
I put a decent amount of research into the book because I had to get information when creation g back stories. For example: Omar, Alisa's love interest grew up a Muslim and I needed information about the history and practices in the 60's and 70's with all the changes and types here in the U. S.
People who read this book are those who want an inside peek at the life of a gold digger and those around them in the inner community. The book is deemed Urban, however I wrote it in the Naturalism genre so you're sure to find, see or experience the driving factors behind each character.
While writing One Who Loves You More, through research I Learned the mindset and thought patterns of a gold digger who makes using men for money her profession.
