Tony Sandy a.k.a. Paigetheoracle about this book: This book is a collection of thoughts that jumped into my head at various times as I observed events in life around me unfolding. As such it is short pieces, a few lines long at most. I came up with the title as I'm a fan of Zen and it fitted in with that kind of take on life. This explains the cover page. My target audience is anybody who similarly thinks about life and the implications of our actions as well as the motives behind the said activities.
It took me months, if not years to collect the notes that went into this volume as I'm an inveterate note taker (I have loads of notebooks and have thrown out more material than I now have left but the best ideas come back to me as confirming reflections at later dates). The worst thing about writing this book was not the handwritten observations, seen at the time but the laborious task of typing them up into a book form afterwards and the editing that went with it.
