Julius St. Clair

about this book: This book was one of the hardest novels I've ever written because there was so much complexity. I wanted to write a crime thriller about a narcissist and somehow make him likable. I wanted to add some supernatural elements but also make it realistic. I wanted to appeal to both the religious and the atheist, the contemplative and the action junkie. This was no easy venture, but I feel like I succeeded. When I read a review on Amazon from someone I don't know saying that this book made them think differently about the world around them, it touches my heart in a way that no sale could. I write because I want to help people, make them think, and entertain, all at the same time. Nothing short of fulfilling all three of these requirements satisfies me.

If I had anything to say to my readers, it's that when I think of you, I think of royalty. You alone have the power to destroy me or exalt me and I don't take the love and care you have shown to my works for granted. I am simply a jester, entertaining the king and queen.
