Linda Dietrickabout this book: I have been overweight most of my life. I have also been plagued with a lack of energy and so many different chronic illnesses. I finally discovered what my enemy was, it is sugar and I wanted to share it so that others don't have to suffer as long as I did and can learn to overcome and enjoy their life. This book was well researched and I spent much time studying my enemy and how he operates and how I could drive him away from me. This is my first book so it took a while to write it but I feel it is the most important subject around.
My grandmother was a nutritionist and taught me to eat right. I, unfortunately fell away from that for a while but I do have a strong backround of natural nutrition. My grandmother by the way, lived to almost one hundred years old and was roofing her garage in her nineties. I study natural nutrition to learn how to have a long, strong life like my grandmother.
