The objective of this stress and stress management book is first of all to help women identify the main sources of stress in their lives, but more importantly, to explore the lifestyles changes that are necessary to beat stress and regain the joy and happiness they deserve.
Being no stranger to stress myself, writing this book was like a self-analysis of where I have been, where I am now, and where I want to be. I have learned ( through trial and error) that there are many simple, practical and effective ways of dealing with stress.
Most importantly, I learned that we cannot control the external factors that bring stress into our lives, but we can always control our response. And therein lies the secret of effective stress management. This book is all about making the best and most important resolution of all, the resolution to become a stress-buster for life! Fortunately, there is a wide variety natural stress relief methods that work wonderfully, IF, we resolve to make the lifestyle changes necessary for effective stress relief, and stick to it! This book shows readers how to do just that.
