Jo Meserve Machabout this book: This is the first book we wrote when the three of us came together and decided we wanted to write children's books sharing true stories of inclusion. Mary, Vera and I had all worked together at an infant toddler program providing intervention services to children with development delays. We saw how the parents were always searching for support so their children would grow up to be included in their community. Our books are written specifically to give them that support.
• "Finding My Way Books are spectacular story resources that feature youth and adults living inclusive lives. Beautifully illustrated with photographs and delightfully presented for kids and adults alike."
— Jack Pearpoint; Inclusion Press; Marsha Forest Centre
• "The books are written by a team of educators and professionals who have combined years of experience in working with children with special needs; they launched the series to help increase the visibility of kids with disabilities in children's books through authentic stories. Realistic, accessible, and uplifting, these books are an important resource not only for kids who have special needs but for broader audiences of children who can learn from the protagonists'' strengths, challenges, and achievements. All books are available in English and Spanish."
— Lydia Breiseth; Colorín Colorado
