Myles Bevisabout this book: This book is the sequel to 'The Secret World Of Eric Beemer'. A sci-fi fantasy for everyone, it relates the story of a young man out of place and out of time who discovers he has been literally and without formality blasted right in at the deep end. Circumstances have been activated which are gradually but inevitably moving our world towards a cataclysmic event which could mean the termination of all life on our beautiful blue planet. The initiator of this event – a dangerous and vitriolic person - presses on blindly and single-mindedly having no idea what the consequences of particularly one of his past actions could mean. Our young man, although he has no idea how to go about it, is the single solitary person who could turn the tide...
The book took about six months to complete and is partly set in the west of Ireland. The area is a place of wild natural beauty which I've known well for over half a century. Even so I still found considerable research was necessary, especially into the history of a splendid city, also a personal visit to reacquaint myself with the geography was most enjoyable and aided completion of the story substantially.
I've chosen a cover, which after completing the book, I think readers will agree perfectly reflects the story and events. This is a book I took pleasure in putting together and I hope sincerely readers will enjoy the story as much as I enjoyed writing and researching it.
