David Sternabout this book: I have been in sales since i was fifteen years old.
I successfully represented different companies from small to fortune 100. Six years ago i decided that I was going to get more satisfaction helping individuals grow whether in sales or otherwise rather than companies. I became a certified coach in February 2010 and through my client base i noticed that they are just like i was many years ago, "MAKING EXCUSES" i always keep asking the question "Are You For Real?!" Basically i was identifying what i was doing and tried to bring it to light. Hence the title of my book. In 2013 i had a torn rota-tor cuff and i was going to be disabled for a nice amount of time after surgery. Some friends advised me to occupy my free time with writing my story, it was a good idea, and two and a half years later, here you go my book is out.
It wasn't the greatest experience (so i thought). I had to dig deep and go back the many years and experiences i had and write the good the bad and the ugly.
After all Its all worth it.
The experience of writing the book brought everything to light, it helped me go back and use the info to help others.
