Book: Incendiary by Chris Redding

Chris Reddingabout this book: Incendiary is about a firefighter and an EMT, lovers in the past, who must learn to trust each other while they are investigating a series of arsons. I've always wondered what if the person committing the arson was the person assigned to investigate it. And I enjoy writing about characters that have a history. They seem to trip over the baggage they are carrying around. It makes for good tension.
I think men and women will both enjoy this book. There is enough action for a man to read it and enough action and romance for a woman to read it. Being involved in emergency services inspired also inspired this book. I was an EMT for 6 years and my husband has been a volunteer firefighter for more than thirty years. I had easy reference in terms of what goes on inside a house on fire. It was kind of fun doing the research also. The EMT stuff I already knew.
