Patricia Gauthierabout this book: This is the thrilling finale to the Celebration Trilogy. Having been a foster parent for a number of years I wanted to incorporate that into one of my books. Book three is Jackson Mills story. A question for society is who is better equipped to handle adversity? Is it someone that had a happy, secure childhood or is it the person that went to the school of hard knocks?
Eve Bennett is the new preschool teacher run by Celebration's Jackson Mills, problem is he didn't hire her. Sylvia, the COO of Celebrations did and without his consent. When he returns from vacation he finds Eve 'snooping around' the preschool room, immediately firing her. No wonder Eve has trust issues.
After settling the misunderstanding Eve and Jackson begin to suspect that a couple sisters, twins, attending the school are acting strangely. Having endured the Child Services system herself, Eve does everything in her power to avoid putting the girls in the same situation and convinces Jackson to help her.
The secrets the girls have are worse than either of them could ever have imagined, putting everyone in danger. But is the danger just physical, or is it fear of losing their hearts to one another and the twins? how can they protect the girls while still protecting their hearts?
