Nathan Haddish Mogosabout this book: The book was inspired by my own experience during my 2 year stay inside a Norwegian Refugee Reception Center (Mottak). After living every day, waking hoping and wishing every day would be the redemption day, a decision on my asylum case along with many others I decided to tell the stories of the life i left behind. In a fictitious account I was able to portray the the invisible life where paperless Africans with unrealistic expectations exist, the colorful presence, the humor, the diversity, the frustration, the living for the moment, the chaos and the tension and the volatile explosive moments along with the temptations of the underworld and most of all the monologues explicitly painting the mental state of mind under different circumstances. A very near reality account where at times it weaves in and out of reality that even shocked myself due to its stark revelations. Yet it had to be told, specially for those who are waiting in line to get on the boat across Italy with sky high expectations! Perhaps a reality check. And for those readers who are curious to find out what really goes on inside the heads of those young Africans who swarm their shores in search of a fresh start!
