Book: Diana's Dreams by Brenda Coffman

Brenda Coffmanabout this book: This is the first book I wrote, so it took some time to get it done (almost 2 years). I wrote this in response to all those stories where the girl gets rescued before any damage is done. Diana, the main character, is not rescued right away and has to endure cruel tortures while she is kept captive in a basement cage.
Even though I have written other books, this one is the closest to my heart. Diana, a mother to two boys, has to deal with a paranormal world. She is a normal person, surrounded by vampires, wizards, and werewolves. Diana has to deal with her own betrayal, as she starts giving in to Stockholm Syndrome.
The title refers to the characters dreams which reflect the physical and emotional abuse she is enduring.
I wanted to reach out to readers and show a woman's struggles against a world of poverty, abuse, and torture. Will Diana survive, and if so, at what cost?
