Elizabeth S.about this book: I wrote Stand Up Souldier because I had to. It was pouring out of me, and I felt if I didn't get this story out of me, I might just explode. This is a mystery story about a character named Jennifer Dowell. She is on a journey to discover the truth about herself, and she is welcomed onto the scene on the 1st page at the age of 12. Welcomed onto the scene but in a painful way. Her mind holds tight to the keys of her life's mystery of her past. Her dreams and day dreams start to take over her waking reality more and more as she tries to grow older and live life.
This book series is important for me to write because it probes the deep inner workings of the heart and mind. That this book will help many others who live life by diving head first into the unknown as fast as one can. Because the clues can be obtained in the unknown to put our puzzles together; so our lives can get better and heal from the past. Jennifer Dowell is an example of that, of a Souldier trying to find her way to a happy ending...and we are all in our own ways-Souldiers.
