She has taught nutrition counseling at Bastyr University, worked as a consultant for Fortune 500 companies, and made several appearances as a nutrition expert on Seattle's Q13 Fox. Currently, she works as a writer and consultant while caring for her little boy and cooking delicious and nutritious food!
