You find that babies, young children, the elderly and the sick are the ones who eat these meals on a regular basis. I also wanted others persons in the world, who fall in this group to have a chance to taste some of these delicious porridge,
I do hope that how I presented the menus, will make them easy to prepare. Most Europeans who travel to Jamaica would enjoy these recipes the way the enjoy our music.
I chose the cover from the internet, and found it to be very unique in color and style.
