The title comes from my work with clients who have trouble letting go of the clutter in their lives. The book was inspired by people at workshops and presentations who asked me to gather all of the significant points in one place. I put off writing a book for a long time because I didn't want to add to people's book clutter; but the idea wouldn't go away.
Everyone lives with some degree of clutter. My goal is to give people permission to let go of what holds them back and encourage them to be comfortable with what they have. I have received emotional messages from people who have been moved to make changes as a result of reading the book. That is the best book review I could hope for.
