 A Great Guide to Clean Eating

I loved this book because it was not your typical diet book that requires you to restrict yourself to certain foods or the diet would fail. This book is about learning about clean eating for life, not just for a short period of time. I am always looking for ways to better my health the natural way and eating a clean diet seems to be the perfect way to do just that. Dottie Copps helped me realize how easy it is to incorporate these healthy eating habits into my life. I have already made some changes and can notice a positive change in how I feel.
