Michelle J. Bever about this book: This book is about Vitamins, Minerals, Trace Elements, Cell Salts, Proteins, and Carbohydrates. What inspired me to write this book is that I was tired of reading numerous books that were overly wordy when all I wanted was simple information that I could utilize now. It became my mission to make a book with this information in a reader friendly format that would be easy to read and understand. This book was an inspiration from my other book and I found that this would be needed on a global scale. We all wonder what are bodies are lacking and very often our body expresses itself through symptoms. This is what I found with my son and when the body is fed what it is lacking it heals from the inside out.
I find myself to this day looking up symptoms that people share with me and making lists of foods to eat along with supplements. I believe we make it harder on ourselves than we need to and I make it very easy to make those lists. When I decided to put the grapes on the cover it was because I wanted to generate a good feeling towards nutrition and food. Now it's time for the people reading this to get this book and start sharing it with their families. I wish that they would have had this information available when they did the food chart in schools. It really opens the eyes as to how our bodies function and how what eating healthy foods can do to helping stay healthy in body and mind.
