A Huge Hit
a review by Dianne HarmanI can't recommend this book highly enough. The mark to me of a good book is when I continue to think about it long after I've finished it and this one has stuck with me. The plot is terrific, the interplay between Alisha and Anis as well as others is super. A bonus of reading this book is learning about the culture of Pakistan. I found it fascinating. Press the order now button and I guarantee you, you won't be disappointed. Well done author!
Beautiful messageKind of a reverse take on Beauty and the Beast, in a way. About an attractive, successful young woman, Alisha, whose life is turned upside down after she is badly burned in a fire. She is pursued by Anis, an acquaintance of one of her friends, but initially it is hard for her to accept that anyone could ever love her because of her scars. A really sweet and inspirational love story, highly recommended.
