Annay Dawsonabout this book: Jan and Ward, two PED (Paranormal Enforcement Department) agents decided to take the risk of leaving the agency unofficially and later find themselves pulled unwillingly back into their grips. They entered the PED under the assumption of research and study, but years later, they realized that their life wasn't theirs any longer. After leaving the agency, their responsibilities to the people who needed them most, remained a part of who they were and what made them return to help their former employer. The book, Deadly Minds, is a part of a series but a reader doesn't have to read the previous books to be able to pick this one up. This whole series was inspired by the mind experiments done by the CIA back in the 1960's. It supposes what might have happened if the experiments continued. I love a well written mystery and I try to write a mystery that captivates the reader as well as keeping the action moving and the interest up. I try to make my characters human and believable as I tell about their fight to use their telepathy skills in an unforgiving world. I enjoyed writing it and researching it and hope that those who read it enjoy it as much as I have.
