Book: The Case Of The Pinioned Bosoms - Inspector Cullot Mystery Series Book 2 by Alan Hardy

Alan Hardy about this book: This is the second book in my Inspector Cullot Mystery series. That one, The Case Of The Tattooed Buttocks, was quite successful, so I was eager to write another one. I really enjoy writing them. I think they do include all the essential ingredients of murder mystery novels, and yet are presented with humor and wit (I hope). They are not really just a 'piss-take' of the genre, but, in their disrespectful attitude, nonetheless are something of a homage to the archetypal 'mystery' we both read and also see on TV day in and day out. I think those are quite valid reasons for writing a book, namely because I reckon a fair number of people will like it, and, secondly, will share in my own delight at writing it. I already have the outline of the next one in the series fomenting in my mind... Like the other two, it will feature the same principal characters, Cullot himself, Sergeant Watkins his faithful sidekick, Stephanie his gorgeous daughter, and the bumbling PC Blunt, all of them involved in a tale of baffling and gruesome murders, with an array of weird and sexy suspects hiding dark secrets and double identities, all served up with a dose of sparkling and witty repartee...
