Book: Entanglement by Robert Canningcategories: Book, Historical Fiction, Ireland, Los Angeles, Boston, Dublin, Stolen Art, Drug Wars, High Crosses, Murder Mystery
Robert Canningabout this book: A visit to Trinity College, Dublin and to the Getty Center, Los Angeles, as well as viewing all the ancient High Crosses scattered throughout Ireland, being a native of Boston, MA and now Los Angeles, I knew there was a story to tell from the dark side, especially concerning the illicit drugs for stolen art exchanges throughout the world.
This concept morphed into a very factual, highly-researched novel, taking four years to write, where the best and the worst meet and only one can prevail.
The cover tells it all; nothing on the cover is misleading.
Why was a man murdered at the Getty Center and at Trinity College? Is there a connection between the two, and, if so, what is that connection? Two characters from radically different societal rankings are thrown together and move through a series of progress and setbacks, continually reluctant but committed.
Hopefully, readers will enjoy my initial novel and read the second in the series, The Bandit, soon to be published.
