Book: Too Many Cooks by Shirley Ann Wilder
categories: Book, Italian Food, Italian Sportscars, Matchmaking, Contemporary Romance, Italian Chefs, Cooking, San Diego, Stalkers, Middle-Age LoveShirley Ann Wilder

The cover was chosen because we'd originally planned for a plate of spaghetti but it looked a little creepy and salad is so much more colorful. The hardest part of writing the book was making sure the loose ends were all tied up and to keep from getting hungry when describing Italian food. I did research in Italian cook books and magazines and hung around my friend's house who has an Italian husband who cooks.
I learned that no matter how you might plot your book, sometimes the characters take over and do what they want to do. Which in the end, makes for a better book. For my readers, I want to say that if the heart is in the right place and if you really keep your zest for life in full view, love can happen when you least expect it. I hope that everyone enjoys reading Too Many Cooks. It's fun and full of love with a little evil thrown in just to keep the reader wondering what's next on the menu.
