J. Thomasabout this book: Honey Bandits - A memoir of mans journey to cope with the loss of his family and self identity through a chaotic series of events that changed the lives of four people forever. Walk with him as he struggles to make sense of the chaos and the pain.
I started writing this book at very low point in my life. Nothing was going my way and I was left only with my thoughts. It ate at me and finally I just decided to write some of my thoughts down. I never intended on writing this memoir but it poured out of me. One day turned into 6 months. As I was writing the book it took the edge off of my frustration and I started to make a lot of connections with myself. When I was finished I was no longer in a depression and it ultimately helped me get out of the rut I was in.
To all of my readers I just want to say, life is going to knock you down and if you don't have the mental toughness to deal with low points in your life, just remember that you can be your own worst enemy. You have to learn that in every situation there are things to be grateful for. Try your best to find them. Pursue your passions because your passions will allow you to be free and work out of a labor of love, even in the darkest of times.
