Lily Dancerabout this book: Look What You've Done To Me, Carter Swinton is a relatable book that follows a relationship between a teenage boy and girl through adulthood. It's my empowering personal love story of vulnerability, strength, and ultimately growth through life lessons. In its simplest form, it's about me, a boy, and all the crazy in between that drove me to find solace in my faith.
Initially, I started writing as a form of therapy, and eventually, after a few years, it evolved into a book. Truly, it was a cathartic experience to get all my thoughts on paper, a final release, personal closure.
My goal is to share the all too common story of heartbreak that so many teens and adults live through, my inspirational and eccentric ways of tackling my heartache, and the silver lining I discover despite all the pain. There is life after a breakup. There is hope.
You just might find that a bit of my embarrassing foolishness resonates with you.
