Sheri Kaye Hoff about this book: Writing my book: Living Successfully and Joyfully Every Day: 90 Days of Inspiration was the result of working with coaching clients and seeing what was truly powerful and meaningful to them. I filled this book with opportunities for people to use different learning styles. There are journal exercises, affirmations, visualizations, stories, lessons, and inspirational writings. I even include some of my own favorite inspirational poems that I have written over the years. I created the book as a manual for my clients and an opportunity for people to get coached even if they may not be in the position to hire a coach. The book chapters are focused on beliefs, unconditional love, consciousness, and inspired action. This book unfolded before me and I had the material together before I even realized I was writing a book. It first became an ebook on my website and then I decide to release it as a paperback, too.
I chose the cover design because I wanted it to relate to the cover of my first book- Keys to Living Joyfully- that cover had a keyhole with a blue sky and a daisy inside the key hole. Daisies just started resonating with me. Probably because they grow so easily in nature... and seem so carefree, sunny, and happy.
The message in this book is one of human potential. If you want to change your life, you have to direct energy and focus first to thoughts and beliefs, then to relationships and inspired action. It takes commitment... but the reward is infinite. When you truly decide to be deliberate about creating growth in your life- you have made a quantum leap.
what to read next: if you read and liked this book...
