Tony Sandy a.k.a. Paigetheoracle about this book: This book is my attempt to simplify language learning and make it more logical, through slowly building up a spelling and spoken word vocabulary. The idea came to me when trying to learn a foreign language and realizing that in most cases teachers aimed over the head of the learner, rather than starting with simple building blocks. This book is aimed at secondary level education, including remedial, second language learning and adult literacy.
The title came naturally as a consequence of the material being arranged logically in columns, by rhyming word layout. I used various dictionaries for various volumes of the series, depending on the material within it. I want to say to my readers that picking up a written or spoken vocabulary is easier than most learners fear. This book and the subsequent books in the series will prove it, through easily repeated and therefore memorized words (repetition breeds certainty). Language acquisition is easier than you thought!
