about this book: This book is a continuation of Volume 1. It comprises of an additional 7 days' worth of ketogenic recipes. I was inspired to write the book during my initial research into weight loss and diet. I wanted to know what effective ways are available to the average person who is trying to shed a few pounds.

I also wanted to provide a book that would help plan out a decent meal plan. Taking the work out of trying to decide on a diet menu should help those that find that kind of task tedious. That way, the reader can concentrate on keeping to the plan.

A ketogenic diet is designed to help shed the weight by encouraging the body to burn off fat for energy. Our society, as a whole, is dependent on carbs for our energy. When there is too much of it, our bodies tend to store the excess as fat. By reducing the carbohydrate intake, it forces our bodies to burn the fat instead.
