 Horrid Book

The book is not user friendly at all. It is filled with information, but I found myself going to various tutorial websites to decode it. The book takes simple concepts and confuses them. I had to stop using it in order to learn Javascript. The tutorials are the worst part of the book. They are not in sync with the chapters at all. In fact, the tutorials introduce you to totally foreign concepts not covered in the chapter, and expects you to complete the exercises with little or no instruction. The appendix is an unorganized mess. Avoid this book like the plague.
