It has now been revised and updated several times with the latest edition released by Amazon in May 2015.
As an inveterate reader and researcher, my goal was to put the most helpful information on many subjects into an easy and enjoyable to read book. From meditation to how memories are formed, from building blocks of happiness to how to build a better brain, from easy ways to improve health to the power of laughter, the pages are filled with quotes, stories and inspiration.
