Caro Angell

about this book: "The Habit Architect" looks at how we all rely on our habits to shape and form our daily lives and the importance these behaviours are to achieve our goals and lead a happier, more successful life.

Sometimes life can feel stagnant or frustrating; and sometimes we build up little bad habits and routines without realising - before we know it, those behaviours have become so ingrained that we only end up getting our own way on the path to a richer, fuller, healthier lifestyle. Bad habits need managing, deconstructing and replacing with more positive routines - and this book looks at just that.

Through study and experience, I have put together this book as a way to help others who have oftentimes felt the way I have: frustrated, demotivated or at a junction in their lives, and in need of positive change. We will take a look at how habits are formed and how to change them for the better; how we can stay on track and keep our willpower going and some suggested habits that can help us reach the life goals we strive to attain.

If we show ourselves kindness, self-care and patience, we can achieve anything: one habit at a time.
