Vicky S Kaseorgabout this book: For the first thirty years of my life, I was agnostic (at best) but God was persistent. He was continually making His presence known. At first, I didn't know it was Him, but I knew it was weird.
The stories in this book are all true. I know some sound unbelievable. I lived through them. I didn't believe them either. I sought any explanation other than God for the first thirty years. Then disbelief somehow morphed into faith. Nothing was ever the same.
Suddenly, I realized God had been speaking to me loud and clear. It isn't that He wasn't obvious. It was that I was obtuse. I wasn't listening. I was hearing, but ignoring what my heart accepted long before my head finally did.
This book flew out of me. Like all my books, God is at the core. Faith has never been a dull, duty-driven strait-jacket to me. It is a living, vibrant, wondrous adventure. God never operates the way I expect. I am in a constant state of wonder and surprise.
Once I learned to see God in the commonplace, He was EVERYWHERE. I wrote the book in the hopes that others would see Him more clearly as well.
