Since the release of my previous book "Home workout for beginners" I have had a lot of good feedback from my readers that have followed the routine and achieved some great results.
In fact the readers that were previously total beginners outgrew the exercise plan outlined in the first book. They needed another challenge to take their fitness results to the next level!
The fact that "real people" had been helped out by the beginner workout routine that I had designed made me very happy, and not wanting to disappoint or leave these guys hanging, I got to work on something that would take them to the next level of fitness.
During my 15+ years in the health and fitness arena, I have been a long distance runner and competing bodybuilder, I have been fat, skinny and I am a qualified fitness coach and have had great success with clients as a personal trainer.
My clients in the past have taught me a great deal about the mentality that is needed in order to "keep the ball rolling" after the first wave of fitness success achieved from a training routine. This is also backed up by my own personal experience.
Although "Home Workout Circuit Training" is the next step up from "Home workout for beginners", it has also been written as a stand-alone guide.
Home Workout Circuit training is a fresh approach to exercise using bodyweight exercises, resistance band training and some plyometric movements. This is all put together in the form of a circuit and wrapped up in a nice six week progressive package.
With the fast pace of life these days, I totally understand the amount of time that it can take to travel to a gym, train and travel back. For some, this can be a big chunk of their day. The home workout circuit training plan will eliminate this problem with the longest training session lasting less than 30 minutes. Because of the nature of the exercise routine, you will not need any bulky or expensive gym equipment either. So you can still train for fat loss, muscle tone, endurance and strength if you have to travel.
