Book: But A Dream (Southhill Sagas) by Jenny Gill

Jenny Gillabout this book: This book is unlike the others in the series Southhill Sagas, although also set in Surrey. Mags, the main character, has had medical problems most of her life and although she has managed to have a child her health has suffered. This is the story of a young woman who has some terrifying recurring dreams, which she reluctantly comes to find might well be based in reality.
Without giving the whole plot away the story leads to a murder, but who, where and when is not at all clear. Mags and her team of supporters, including her husband, her sister and others really have to think outside the box to get any answers at all. It is only when Mag's cardiologist refers her to a psychologist who in fact has an interest in hypnosis that it all starts to fall into place.
It may sound ridiculous when this is a story about dreams but this one came to me in my sleep! I woke up one Saturday morning and told my husband that I had a new story. I put the novel I was working on (Fisherman's Dream which I finished later) on the back burner and wrote this one. I needed the internet as my constant research companion on this one!
I really enjoyed writing this one and I hope the readers will enjoy it too.
