Book: DEATH OF A MARRIAGE, DIVORCE IN AMERICA by Robert Fenarcategories: Book, Court, Family Law, Custody, Child Support, Domestic Violence, Divorce
Robert Fenarabout this book: This book exposes the divorce court system. The system does not work. It promotes violence and deception. The children are lost in the system and are victims of the inept court process. The system must be changed or we will continue to see substantial amounts of domestic violence and criminal behavior.
The author has been a practicing family law attorney for over 25 years in Southern California. He has seen the system from all sides. His book was written out of disgust towards the system, as well as the people involved. This includes the lawyers, litigants and judges. He does provide suggestions and asks for input. The main concern is for the children. Unless and until the system is changed, the problems will continue. Parents will use dirty tricks in their divorce proceedings.
This book was written over the course of 15 years. It was usually written out of anger and dispair. If just one set of parents reads this book and takes it to heart and helps their children, then it is worth it.
