Tim I. Gurungabout this book: As I have been living my whole adult life abroad, I have faced many forms of discrimination in life, and I wrote this book to highlight this problem. Although many people won't admit it, but discrimination is as serious and prevalent as it was at the beginning of civility and we must fight together to combat it. The tree on the title itself is used as a metaphor of this world, it has 6 different stories told in the voices of six different colored birds, and it represents our actual world.
This book is also not easy to read, one must concentrate fully to understand the depth of the story and follow it. I strongly believe that it is the best book from my whole collection, you just have to put heart to read it and try to understand it.
My books are always based on serious social and global issues, I only write for my charity and all the proceeds from my books are use to run my charity ISSLCARE
