Book: STUFFology 101 - Get Your Mind Out of the Clutter by Brenda Avadian & Eric M. Riddlecategories: Book, Nonfiction, Clutter, Self-Help, Focus, Stress Management, Time Management, Home, Humor, Cluttergories, Stuffology, Declutter
Eric M. Riddleabout this book: STUFFology 101 provides fun and flexible solutions to de-clutter your life. The book helps you define the different cluttergories (physical, mental, digital, temporal, and sensual) affecting you and the best way to deal with them. Your solutions are based on what you define as clutter in your life.
We were inspired to write the book based on personal experiences with family members and friends. Our primary readers are 40-50 somethings who have to deal with clutter from both their children and their parents. But anyone who has too much STUFF will benefit from this book.
We received suggestions and feedback for the title and cover from family and friends, but a professional designer took all of that information and created the cover. The book has also benefited from a professional editor and interior designer. Any mistakes that remain are the authors'.
This book was a challenge for me, but we learn by doing. That goes for writing a book or for de-cluttering your life. Clear your stuff, clear your mind.
