Book: Bruthas by Jerome L. Whitehead

Jerome L. Whiteheadabout this book: "Bruthas" tells the story of three brothers; Jai, Ryan and Nate. Each one of these men have their own set of challenges that they must face.
A psychopath is killing women in a North Philadelphia neighborhood and nothing is being done because the women are allegedly addicted to a street drug that the youngest Whitfield brother (Nate) sells.
"Bruthas" tells the story of family, police corruption and unconditional love. Just exactly which brother's life will be most impacted by the dealings on "The Block" is anyone's guess.
The inspiration for "Bruthas" came about as a result of not being able to excel in the typical corporate America environment. I wanted to tell a good story that had believable characters...but I didn't want to stop there. There had to be a redemptive quality about the book. I wanted my readers to be entertained and yet receive the nuggets of wisdom hidden within the storyline.
The primary readers (or target audience) are educated women between the ages of 24 and 52.
