Amanda Reed about this book: Words can't express how much I loved this book. It is so full of emotion that I literally went through half a box of Kleenex while reading it. When I saw the cover, I immediately knew I had to buy it, and I wasn't disappointed because the book was even better than the cover, if that's even possible. There's just too much to say about this story that I don't even know where to start. It's a love story, first and foremost. But it's also a story of loss and somehow finding the strength to go on after life deals you the worst of blows. If you ever have experienced difficult experience of using the power status of the man who made you do things you really did not want to do, you will be profoundly moved by this story. Every line, every interaction, every scene pulls you in and doesn't let go. Be ready, though, because the tears will come. When you love deeply, you mourn deeply. That's how life is. The love story between Seth and Kimberly is what everyone wishes first love to be. And the loss is everything you hope to avoid in life...but none of us will. That's what makes this story so gripping. It's real life between the pages. Now I have read other books by the same author - Amanda Reed.
