Amanda Reed about this book: Carina Rosetta Pablo surprises everyone including herself when she gathers the courage to abandon Richard, the man she is supposed to marry, at the altar and instructs her driver Barnes to take her to Life Changers Inc, a company that specialized in adventure guides aimed at those out to seek thrills.
Her escape to a Gilead where her wealthy father would not be able to track her down to return to her senses and marry the man he had decided was best for her. Little does she expect that her guide, Mike Penker (a man attempting to get a magazine business up and running) and in need of money, will not only take her up as a client but go way further than that. Trouble enters when Carina's father declares her exit from the ceremony was an abduction which puts Mike as the `kidnapper' and threatens his business. The adventure is not so much travel as an extended erotica experience and Amanda Reed knows how to handle the dialogue and descriptions well.
This appears to be Amanda Reed's 4th book on Contemporary Romance which may explain why she has the genre down so well. A fast read for the ladies.
