Gail Ward Olmsted about this book: It was supposed to be a relaxing vacation for two- an escorted tour through lovely Ireland for Jackie Sulllivan and her daughter Becca. See the real Ireland! Travel off the beaten track! What could go wrong? Quaint inns, friendly locals, pretty countryside and ancient castles! But Becca's got a big secret that she can't share with her mom and Jackie's facing an important decision that could implode her marriage. As if things couldn't get any more complicated, Becca falls for the dashing tour guide Sean, who has a few issues of his own. Relationships are at the center of this story- mother-daughter, long-time married couple and new lovers as well. I was fortunate to take a trip though Ireland with my own daughter a couple of years ago and was inspired to write this, my third contemporary romance novel. Driving on the Left is a sequel of sorts to JEEP TOUR but can be enjoyed as a standalone read as well.
